You can cancel a delivery on the Order Status screen before reaching “Pickup in Progress”. If you are no longer able to cancel, you may contact the driver to request a cancellation. The Order Status screen can be accessed by clicking “View Order” from your confirmation email.

No, delivery drivers are not Whataburger Family Members. We have partnered with a third-party service that works within the Whataburger App or Whataburger.com. A driver will be assigned based on efficiency so you can get your Whataburger favorites as quickly as possible.
